How Paybox Works
Paybox integrates with a payment processor called Stripe — one of the largest and most widely used payment processors. All customer payments and your payouts are processed through Stripe.
Faster Payments & Eats Pay
Not only have we gone from paying out every Friday to every Monday, we now offer the ability to withdraw your money the day after! If you've taken orders on Wednesday and want to withdraw those earnings on Thursday — you can. This comes at an optional 5% commission charge.
Your Dashboard, Your Data
Each login is secured by 2FA, so you'll need to enter a code sent via email or SMS to log in. Once you're in, you'll see all of your orders, payouts, and previous payouts — and you can also update your bank details from there.
Managing Your Business Details
Within Redbox, you have a Payments tab where you can update all of your core business details and log in to your Stripe account. From there you can change or update your bank details to make sure you're getting paid into the correct account.
